Description

Tongue chair black lacquered in good condition. Jacobsen has designed a serie of chairs of plywood. Butterfly, ant, mosquito and the tongue. This chair has been designed in 1955 for the Munkegaard School in Denmark and has been produced a short time in the 1980s till 1985. They are re-produced again a few years again about a decade ago. This chair is from this last production line. There are not as many of this chairs produced by Fritz Hansen as the other models. The chair is marked Fritz Hansen. The colour is black. The legs are chrome-plated.
